When looking for a 2014 Forester to purchase I had inquiries in with several regional dealerships. At the time none of them had the exact model I was looking for. I ultimately settled on Larry Miller inquiries in with several regional dealerships. At the time none of them had the exact model I was looking for. I ultimately settled on Larry Miller because Harmon was on the ball letting me know the minute the model I wanted came into the lot. He provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. He was very polite and easy to communicate with. I felt no high pressure from him, just good honest salesmanship. I feel like we came to a good agreement on price. I would have liked, of course, to get it down a little lower but considering the popularity of the car I think I probably got a pretty good deal. He was great at explaining all the new features of the 2014 Forester and helped me set up my phone on Bluetooth. He was more than willing to spend as much time as I needed to figure things out. And now I know I can call him anytime if I have a question. He frequently follows up with me to make sure I'm still loving my Forester. The other personnel I dealt with we're equally courteous and helpful. More
My Wife and I traded in out 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2012 Honda Odyssey. My wife found the Honda online and we met at the dealership on our lunch break. Scott Patton was our sales rep and he was very polite and professional. He drove us to the lot the Honda was parked in and showed us several other options as well. Scott wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of time to talk privately. We asked if Scott would hold the vehicle until we got off work that evening so we could give the car a thorough inspection. The wife and I loved it. There were some items missing from the car like an owners manual and the wireless headphones. Scott, without us having to ask, told us he would order them at no cost to us. We decided this was the car for us and we started the paperwork. I was worried I might get a low ball offer on our trade in so I did some research and had a number in mind. Scott looked at our Jeep an offered exactly what it was worth according to NADA. I WAS THRILLED!!! While we were signing all the paperwork Scott took the car and filled it with gas. I have purchased several cars and never once have I left the dealership full of gas. We have now owned the Honda for several months and we LOVE it. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. For the first week our kids would kiss the car before they went to bed... I know.. They are weird... Scott Patton and staff thank you. More

I'm glad I listened to their advise. The staff at Larry H Miller was on point, upfront, honest and a pleasure to work with. Our sales rep Scott Patton was simply awesome. Not only was he super knowledgeable about the product and process but he had a genuine drive to ensure that we had a great experience. The pricing was better than fair and the product was impeccable. The experience surpassed all of my expectations. As the VP of Sales for a growing company I know first hand the importance of having a strong sales staff that customers want to work with. Scott and Larry H Miller went above and beyond to ensure that we are now life long customers. Vinny Picard greeted my husband and I when we drove onto the lot. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I test drove the model I was interested in. We purchased the Subaru Impreza. When we signed the loan papers, everything was clearly explained to us. We were given a tour of the facility and the servicing schedule was explained. Everyone was very friendly. My wife and I basically woke up one morning and decided it was time for a new vehicle. We knew we were fans of the Subaru brand as we had a legacy that has stood both the test of time and abuse! We came specifically looking for a certified used Subaru and Larry Miller in Boise was where we ended up. Zach was the first to approach us. His demeanor was very casual and he was not overly aggressive, just friendly and willing to help. I told him a rough idea of what we were looking for and he shared a good selection of inventory with us. We found something close to our price range that we test drove and loved. We did leave to look around as that was the first car we had looked at, which Zach was very cool about. Had he vomited a bunch of facts and figures on me to get us to stay and pressure the sale I probably wouldn't have returned. There were a few other options out there but Larry Miller pricing was hard to beat. I contacted Zach and told him we wanted to pursue the Outback but the price was a little out of our range. He went to bat for us getting both the price reduced and a better interest rate than our bank had pre approved! Crazy low saving us even more. Helpful and problem solving is a good way to describe the sales staff. The Finance manager clearly knew his stuff and we breezed through the paperwork. We now have a sweet certified used Subaru that was actually pretty easy to get into. Kudos to Zach and the rest of the staff for helping us through the purchase. I would definitely go back next time when we look to upgrade. More
