We first used their internet site to find the car we wanted, then traveled to the dealership to work with a great sales individual. He was very friendly, knowledgable and wasn't the usual pushy type that you would normally find at other dealerships. My wife and I decided to buy that car, and I will never doubt our decision to go to Larry Miller Subaru. If you are in the market for a new car, Larry Miller should be your first stop! More

I have visited only one dealer which was Larry H. Miller. I found that the sales representative, Neil Bryant, was friendly, very knowledgeable regarding Subaru vehicles , and we had a connection of several m I found that the sales representative, Neil Bryant, was friendly, very knowledgeable regarding Subaru vehicles , and we had a connection of several mutual friends. The process moved along with Neil trying to work a dealer trade, with Oregon dealers, for an upgraded WRX Wagon. That did not come to fruition, so we fell back to a WRX that was due to come on a January 2nd delivery to Larry Miller. The weather played a part by being so severe that delivery did not happen until a week later. However, I thought that Neil kept me informed regarding when the vehicle might show up. My one area of concern was financing; initially I was told that Larry Miller could finance me at a 2.25% rate. At the time of purchase I was given a 2.90%. I was told that my credit rating was poor and that was the reason for the higher rate. I did call Idaho Central Credit Union and spoke to one of the workers. She said that my credit was a "B rating" and I would qualify for the 2.29% rate. I intend to speak with people at my credit union to see if they will be willing to finance the vehicle, or have Larry Miller work with Idaho Central to lower the rate to 2.29%. When I did pick-up the car, Neil introduced me to several Larry Miller employees who would service the car. Also, a couple of "gifts" were given to me. Neil sat in the car and went through a tutorial on several of the technology features. I was quite pleased with the overall experience of buying a vehicle through Larry H. Miller. I will certainly continue to negotiate with either Idaho Central, or my Credit Union, to find a rate that I should qualify for. My understanding is that Larry H. Miller finance people will need to contact Idaho Central for this to happen. So, the car is great, the sales person, Neil, was also excellent. The one sour spot was finance. This was probably of my own doing due to my need to get the deal done and drive away in my new car. More
My husband and I went in to look at cars. We did not planned on purchasing just looking. I was impressed with Neil from the moment we met him. It was a true pleasure working with Jeremy as he was honest & straight forward, easy to deal with, and came through on everything as promised. The service department was even able to squeeze me in for some bulb replacements on my 2005 Baja while I was becoming acquainted with the Forester. We will definitely go back for #8 when the time comes, & hopefully Jeremy will still be there :) More

I just celebrated my one year anniversary with my 2004 Subaru Outback and wanted to share what a fabulous experience I had with the guys at Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise. At the time of my purchase I was Subaru Outback and wanted to share what a fabulous experience I had with the guys at Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise. At the time of my purchase I was in dire need of a new vehicle and started my search at a nearby dealership. It was a terrible experience and I was being presented with cars with a price tag of $4000 over the blue book value! From there I went next door to Larry H. Miller Subaru where I met Neil Bryant, and the rest they say, is history. But let me give you a few details... I explained to Neil what I was in the market for and the investment I was able to make and he presented me with cars that fit my bill to the T and also with some cars that I might be interested in due to my search criteria. Living in a tech savvy world it is easy to acquire numbers and information, so I checked. Everything he presented me with was within just a few hundred dollars of the blue book value. I was impressed. They were totally transparent with their pricing. After finding The One, next came the tedious wait for my credit approval. Unbeknownst to me was how long that would take and I did not prepare for it, so I became hungry. Here's where it gets really good: they fed me pizza! Now I can't always guarantee they'll have pizza in their break room, but they have an uber comfortable lounge area with a plush leather sofa and armchairs, a crackling fire in the fireplace (it was after all the dead of winter when I was making this purchase) and football on the big screen TV... ahh yeah After my approval was made, they explained the length of my loan, the payments, and all other fees included, again being totally transparent with the pricing. There were no surprises. And I drove away in my brand new (to me) Subaru Outback (aka "Jenny") and we've been like peas n carrots ever since. Neil had fantastic follow up skills and would check in via email with me, which I really appreciated because I knew then I was not just a person being sold to and once the deal was done I was irrelevant. For all repairs and maintenance issues I have been back to the service department and they have been equally as great! To summarize: Larry H. Miller Subaru has an outstanding selection of cars, phenomenal and totally transparent pricing, and a great group of guys and friendly staff whom let's face it, you can just sit back and watch some football with. I just can't promise the pizza ;) More

I decided, after 10 years, to purchase a new Subaru from Larry Miller Subaru, as they have serviced my '93 Legacy well and been very easy to work with over those years. From first meeting Neil Bryant to having wonderful Aaron Balbas complete my sale and continue to be there for any little thing, like setting up my Bluetooth, I have experienced great customer care & friendliness. I never expected my new Forester's finish to be pitted with bug deposits from a neighbor's tree. I took it in to be buffed out, but damage was still present. I shared my concern with Don Coatsworth and he and Subaru went above and beyond to repaint hood and roof, provide me a loaner for days over a holiday & did so with positive, helpful attitudes. A little humor was mixed in as well, to enhance this experience. Since 1993, Larry Miller has serviced my Legacy and now my Forester. Several service people have helped me over these years and been good but Chris Hayes has been the best. He has a great way about him answering ridiculous things & tough news tactfully. My experiences here have been great so far. Thank you all!! More
