poor quality subaru / numerous problems The Subaru Forester 2017, I have owned the car since July 2016, there is no ventilation in the back for passengers, the hatch back randomly opens par The Subaru Forester 2017, I have owned the car since July 2016, there is no ventilation in the back for passengers, the hatch back randomly opens part way and then will not shut. After having multiple calls to AAA for battery problems, I was told, by the dealership, this vehicle is not for an owner that takes only short trips per day, and that the vehicle will continue to have battery problems and it will be looked at as an operator error and I will be responsible for the replacement. I then ask to sell back the car only to find out that because the dealership felt they paid to much for my trade-in, and I was charged MSRP, basically shown one price and I found the advertised price, in a inside pocket, needless to say they were different, bottom line, after driving the car less than 5 months the "value" and cost, was down by 7K! The sales person was new and that has been used as an excuse. The only good thing about this experience has been the service dept.! I am disappointed in the car, would never buy it again. More

At first we communicated via email then my wife and I made an appointment for Friday at 6:15PM. After a test drive and asking questions we decided on the purchase. Through out the process everyone at LHM Subaru was very nice and helpful. All in all the entire process took about 1 1/2 hours. Before we went into the finance office I asked Jeremy to let the finance guy know we did not want to buy additional warranty, service plan or anything else that was an extra cost. The cool thing is the finance guy never even tried to sell us extra stuff. We just chatted and signed papers then it was finished. I highly recommend LHM Subaru for their professional approach and fair selling practices. More
