He never made us feel pressured to buy a car, and he took the time to answer all our questions and options since we were buying out of state. We knew there wasn't much haggling on a new Crosstrek, but KJ helped us save other ways. The dealership losses two stars and my recommendation, due to their financing department. Brian really made us feel pressured at a rate higher than Subaru advertised. When we brought it up, he acted like he didn't know about Subaru's advertised financing rate. Really?!? After the deal, I left three messages for Ron in Financing department to call me back, and he NEVER called me back. It wasn't until I didn't send in the whole deposit and said to call me for the rest, that he called me the following week and said, "So, I guess I'm supposed to call you, huh." Seemed like the only thing that got his attention was money, not customer service. More
