Caveat Emptor I leased a 2018 WRX from this dealership in February. Everything seemed great, but within a few days I discovered that the finance employee we worked I leased a 2018 WRX from this dealership in February. Everything seemed great, but within a few days I discovered that the finance employee we worked with was less than transparent about the status of the car. The issue was that a part of the service package they sell, the interior and exterior protection package, had already been applied as part of prep of the car for the lot. This fact was not disclosed and when I asked the finance employee about this, he told me that I was actually activating the warranty on the interior/exterior protection. Well fine, but why wasn't that fact made clear at the time the services package was offered? If you knew that they had already applied the protection package, would you be willing to pay nearly $500 for a warranty? I would not have, but the dealership wasn't honest with me. They manipulated me into buying a pig in a poke. Also, if you do have a problem, good luck finding someone who will talk with you about it. Even my salesman abandoned me. Not a good experience at all, and I will never return. More

Great Buying Experience! I have always been somewhat reluctant to shop for new cars, as I dislike the high pressure, lack of knowledge and general attitude of some of the sale I have always been somewhat reluctant to shop for new cars, as I dislike the high pressure, lack of knowledge and general attitude of some of the sales people. I had none of the that with my visit to Larry H Miller Subaru. I did some internet research and knew the basics of the features my wife and I wanted, and went in with some technical questions about the features and which model fit my needs. Without question, Kyle Jones knew the product lines and the Subaru line inside and out. All questions were answered without delay and answered my questions without any hesitation. After my test drive, never once did he ask "Do you think this car will fit your needs" or anything similar to urge my decision. While talking to Kyle, Cody, who is a man that was a sales person years ago, walked by, recognized me from 8 years ago, and actually remembered non-automobile conversations we had, again with nothing in our conversation, pressuring me for any decision. Overall, I had a very pleasant car buying experience and could ask for nothing more. More

We have had the tires rotated and the oil changed at the Dealership every 5,000 miles. My complaint is simple. Tomorrow I am spending $800.00 on new tires. I find the quality of the tires that came with the car sucks. They are Bridge stone Dueler tires and they are worn out. I find this hard to believe, but it is true. I went to the dealership they said only the tire manufacturer would warranty the tires. I wet to the Bridgestone dealership they said I was out of luck and rudely told me I was not covered. I told them I would never buy Bridgestone tires ever again I have felt a need to let someone know at your dealership that you sell a very good car with terrible tires. Thank you, George Albright More

Bought 2 cars sat. Branden Thomas is an awesome salesman. Branden Thomas helped my husband and myself through the process of purchasing 2 vehicles. One for me and one for my business. Branden kept us updated. Got us a great interest rate for the vehicles and a higher than normal trade in on the one vehicle I was purchasing. Even bought us dinner!! J have never owned a Subaru and I couldn't be happier. I would let the dealership know they have an awesome employee with Thomas as he is called at the dealership. Thank you. We drove a Ford Flex, an Alfa Romeo and even a Volvo but the Outback was the best value. KJ made our buying experience smooth and pleasant... and that is saying a lot!
