While promising that I would receive the incentive rebate after making 3 monthly payments to their corporate finance department, I come to find out that they cleverly diverted those funds to themselves. If others have been similarly deceived, please post your experience…could be grounds for a HUGE class action lawsuit! More

This is someone who I consider to be a Great friend and we have developed a fun frien you about how wonderful my Service consultant Jason Stiles is. This is someone who I consider to be a Great friend and we have developed a fun friendship overtime. He knows me by name and we even exchange family pictures and life stories. I like to think I have the best Service Tech too in Shane Hemsley he is always knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time. I could take my car anywhere for even an oil change but why would I and miss out on these two great guys and the service I receive. I look forward to my next visit each time. I don't even schedule a service unless the both of them are there. The new state of the art dealership is very beautiful and well equipped. I recently used Larry H. Miller Lexus to get my spark plugs and drive belt changed. My service adviser was Greg Ostler and the experience was by far the greatest experience I have ever had at any auto de plugs and drive belt changed. My car had 4 recalls and I was treated as though I was buying a new car, first class service the entire time. My loaner car was excellent, constant updates on my car's progress, the price of the spark plug change ran $100 less than quoted, and they even topped off my gas tank. Greg, you made my experience perfect and I will definitely be back! More
My experience was not at the dealership. My mother passed away 2 months ago and I was given her Lexus, she always took it to the dealership and spoke highly of the service she had received there. I always have my cars serviced at Toyota cause that's all I had known. On January 18th I had to run over to the mall and grab a few things for my youngest daughters 16th birthday party I was throwing that evening. I was in the mall all but 45min when I came out to pouring ran and my new (new to me) Lexus that would not start, frustrated I called my husband that was in meetings and could not help at the moment, he told me to call mall security who could come start my car. I got ahold of an operator who connected me with mall security, he told me to open my hood (which I did all on my own) and he would be to me "shortly" and would "help" for only $50!! I was shocked just as I hung up and white Lexus similar to mine pulled up next to me, a young beautiful women jumped out and came right over to me, she noticed my hood was up and that I might need some help. She was so sweet and helpful. She knew just what to do, I was amazed that this young girl was able to jump start my car for me in her cute boots and leggings. As we were talking she told me she worked over at the Lexus dealership down the road. Mandi had saved my daughters birthday celebration and my sanity. She is an outstanding employee and fellow Lexus driver to take time out of her busy day off to help someone in need. I will most definitely be bringing my Lexus in to be serviced by your dealership. The security truck never did make it over to "help", I could still be sitting there. I wanted to let Mandi know how thankful I truly am. More

We love our Lexus and Larry H. Miller Lexus! Johnny Evans came out on the lot to talk with my wife and me as we were walking around. It was an easy buying experience, from agreeing on a price, arranging financing, meeting the sales managers, etc. My wife commented on how it was low pressure and she enjoyed the process of learning about the features on our new SUV. They even sent someone out to our house a few weeks later to go over the features with us again, because we forgot how to use some of the features on the navigation system. We didn't even have to call them....they just sent someone. We've never been so well taken care of and will never even think of buying someplace else. Thank you to the Lexus team at Larry H. Miller! I stopped in 'just to look' and was not planning to purchase till after the first of next year. Lexus was on my short list of vehicles for consideration. As I looked at an IS in the showroom (and was impressed), Darryl Petersen walked up and started talking with me and showing me some features, answered some questions, etc. He was very friendly and helpful and not in the least put off when I told him I was just looking and not planning to purchase at the time. As we talked, I told him I would be looking at a CPO vehicle, not a new one. He asked what features I would be looking for including color and then said he had two on the lot that fit those criteria and asked if I would like to take a look. Obviously, I did and liked what I saw. So, we took a test drive and as they say, the rest is history. He let the car sell itself, without sales pressure and made the entire process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Darryl and the Lexus dealership to others and I am enjoying the car immensely. More
