We came in for our regularly scheduled service. We had them check on our breaks and it was suggested that we replace our front breaks. We told them to go ahead with the break pad replacement. We revived a text 20 minutes later informing us that the dealership was going to waive the installation fee. The service staff determined that we hadn’t had the vehicle very long and miles were low so they covered the cost. Upon picking up the car I remembered that we needed to have the registration renewed and it required an emissions test. They completed it all within 10-15 minutes. We love dealing/working with our dealership. Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. More

I have never had a good experience with the Lexus service team. They are always hard to work with and have a bad attitude. Everything we ask them to do seems to be a chore. The car has all kinds of manufactured issues I want fixed. After my tire rotation I immediately had my tie light come on. One tires pressure was at 26. They do a xxxxty job, have a xxxxty attitude and don’t enhance the concept of a mid-luxury car experience. I’m disappointed to say the least, each and every time I have to show back up. Luckily for me I’ll be in again to have my window fixed which has a bad seal, my driver side seat cooling doesn’t seem to work, my tires are constantly having issues. So bad. I have bad feelings and review for the team. This feeling is shared by my wife who brought the car in thus time. We’re an unsatisfied member of the Lexus family. More

Friendly, personal service I experienced my first service appointment, to have the oil changed, and to conduct the 10,000 mile inspection. When drove into the service bay, the I experienced my first service appointment, to have the oil changed, and to conduct the 10,000 mile inspection. When drove into the service bay, the service technician greeted me at my car door. As I exited, I asked him if he could also wash the car after the maintenance work was completed. He acknowledged that request by letting me know it is included in the service. How nice! And, my car was returned with the interior vacuumed and wiped down. Nice touch. More
