We were treated as family by Jonathon Henson when we first approached the Larry H. Miller dealership. No pressure, no hype. We decided we wanted the car and went in to purchase it. We were still treated as family. We have decided that after purchasing this used car the next Lexus we will purchase will be brand new from Larry H. Miller. We also hope that Jonathon will be around to sell us the new one. We have had our previous Lexus' serviced at LHM but this was the first time we had the opportunity to purchase from the dealership. Kurt was great with regard to getting back to me via email regarding my interest and purchase of a 2008 Lexus RX400h. He had paperwork ready when I arrived, but I had to wait for over an hour for the fi email regarding my interest and purchase of a 2008 Lexus RX400h. He had paperwork ready when I arrived, but I had to wait for over an hour for the fianace person to be able to complete my transaction. Just prior to leaving the dealership, it was discovered that my new vehicle did not have but one key. This should have been known upon my arrival and another key obtained and ready. I have since received not one, but two valet keys. I appreciate this being taken care of. I was surprised that in, what I would call a luxury dealership, that the dress code was quite relaxed. Maybe this is an avenue to attract more customers like me with a lower level of income, but a bit more professional attire was expected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new or used Lexus. I love my Lexus and appreciate how easy this transpired! Thank you!!! Sincerely, Bonnie L. Tommy was good, not too pushy. I didn't care for the dark haired finance guy at all. The one who went over the finance and warranty info in his office was great. I didn't like the fact that I was told dark haired finance guy at all. The one who went over the finance and warranty info in his office was great. I didn't like the fact that I was told I would be given a new battery in the remote, and wasn't, so I get low battery every time I start the car. I also didn't like that I was told the paint on the door would be fixed and it wasn't. It is always easier to recommend someone when they follow through on what was promised. More
We were looking for a crossover style SUV and found a very nice 07 RX350 online. It was listed for a great price. We took it for a test drive. We were with Jon. He was a great guy. My unwavering support of the Lexus brand had never been called into question until the day I brought my '08 ES350 into Lexus of Lindon. I was promptly greeted by a very friendly service representative called into question until the day I brought my '08 ES350 into Lexus of Lindon. I was promptly greeted by a very friendly service representative as I exited my car, and was quickly led to Jason's office. I only needed my safety inspection and emissions test done. After waiting 45 minutes (I was told it would be 20) I checked on the status of my car. Jason then told me that I needed to flush my transmission oil, flush my brake fluid (because it was black and thick), and align my car. My owner's manual has my trans oil listed as 100,000 mile fluid and I am only at 51 thousand miles. The alignment was done 2 weeks previous when I bought my new tires at Les Schwab. I told him this and he back-peddled and blamed the oversight on the new mechanic. He still pushed the alignment and brake fluid flush telling me that my tires would blow out on the freeway without a proper alignment. I refused again and took my car back to Les Schwab to have them fix the alignment. As I told them of my experience at Lexus, Braden at Les Scwab chuckled and said "we hear that alot". They opened the hood to show me that my brake fluid was not black, and was not even dark. They finished checking the alignment and yet again, showed me that I have nothing to worry about. Lexus should know better than to hire such a dishonest human being to represent their product to the Lexus owners in Utah. For any dealership work, I will only bring my car to Lexus of Murray. Otherwise I will stick with Les Schwab for my maintenance needs. Rick Stanton More

There was a problem with the tire sensor that no one would help me with, my calls to the dealership were not returned. I took the car to the Murray Lexus and a salesman there helped me that knew exactly would help me with, my calls to the dealership were not returned. I took the car to the Murray Lexus and a salesman there helped me that knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in fifteen minutes, wonderful customer service there. I will always go there and not Lindon. Was not a good experience. More
