We were looking at several crossover vehicles trying to narrow down those that we felt were close to the kind we were looking for. After a few weeks of test drives we had decided that the larger 3rd row ve narrow down those that we felt were close to the kind we were looking for. After a few weeks of test drives we had decided that the larger 3rd row vehicles were more then we needed. we went back to the two dealers we liked, Acura and Lexus, and drove their smaller crossovers. Our salesman, Ken, at the Lexus dealer did a great job explaining the car. He didn't pressure us and when I asked him to watch a particular color for me he followed through in a timely way. Even more important to me, he continues to work with us after the sale instead of turning us over to a service manager for maintenance or follow up. The other part of the process I appreciated was not being turned over to another sales person. When I'm shopping, I'm shopping not buying. It was a great experience. More
We recently visited the Larry H. Miller Lexus of Lindon dealership to consider purchasing a car from them (while considering another brand as well). We ended up in the hands of a salesman named Darryl Pett dealership to consider purchasing a car from them (while considering another brand as well). We ended up in the hands of a salesman named Darryl Pettersen, who was professional, and helpful in every way in answering our questions (along with great support from Jon Henson and Devon Thompson). Darryl especially worked hard to obtain the information we needed and to provide options and features that met our needs, while respecting our desire to move at our own pace in making the important decisions related to this purchase. He also was and is a warm and delightful individual, and we not only came away with a new car but also with a new friend. More

I have purchased five vehicles from Lexus of Lindon. This is my third RX350. I love the vehicle, however, the only reason I decided on a new 2013, was that I was told the 2013 had the updated safety pa This is my third RX350. I love the vehicle, however, the only reason I decided on a new 2013, was that I was told the 2013 had the updated safety package, specifically the "Driver Assist Monitoring System," (I call it drowsy driver), I also requested a heated steering wheel. Long story short, after I took possession of the vehicle, on further evaluation, I learned that not only did this vehicle NOT have those two features, but after several weeks of discussions Art Veenema, he informed me that not only are these features not even available on the RX, but they probably never will be. Therefore, after paying for what I thought was going to be an upgrade and enhanced safety features, I am basically driving the exact same car I traded in. I was basically called a liar by John and Art, and I was informed that Ken reported that he had itemized the features and informed me the "drowsy driver" feature was not available on this vehicle, and I told him that that feature "was not important" to me. Interesting, since specifically this was the major feature in my decision to purchase the new vehicle, as I have TWO children (both passengers) who have been critically injured in separate automobile accidents, both of which were the result of the driver going to sleep at the wheel. I will NOT be back!! More
I purchased my third RX at this dealership for several reasons. I really like the RX vehicle. I have always been treated kindly and respectfully by everyone at the dealership. I was very happy when this location opened so I didn't have to drive to Salt Lake for service. I am excited to experience the new and improved features and driving comfort of the RX. I originally gave this dealership a very good review. However, there were two parts that needed to be ordered for my vehicle. I was told they would be in within a week or two of my purchase March 25. Later that week, Shea called to tell me that they needed another copy of both mine and my husband's drivers licenses "to get this deal to go through." We decided that I would give him said copies when my parts came in. He said that were scheduled to come in on Tuesday April 2nd. I have not received a call confirming these parts have come in. Yesterday, April 16th, I sent Jonathan a text asking if my parts had come in. He replied stating that he would check and let me know. I still have heard nothing. More

Everything about this dealership is top-notch. I always dread buying a new car because of how the "Stealerships" conduct their business and how the most important thing to them is getting your money in the dread buying a new car because of how the "Stealerships" conduct their business and how the most important thing to them is getting your money in their pocket. This time however, was the best experience I've ever had buying a new(er) car, I felt as if Lexus as a whole acutally cared for what I was buying, how I went about buying it and how I was going to make it my own. Its almost sad that "5" is the highest rating I could give this dealership. More
