Greeted promptly when I pulled into the service bay,Dirk wrote me up, asked if I wanted a ride or wait, since it was a mix of maint. items I elected to wait. It looks like the service advisors are all new, I have been a customer of LM Hyundai for the past 5 years, my advisor was Chris Davis for the past 5 years, I do miss him, because I had a relationship with him and I trusted him. Nothing wrong with Dirk,, but only used him twice, it takes time to build trust . Car wash is a god thing. On the other hand, I think you have to many space cadets outside, When I pulled into the lot I must of had at least two guys trying to get me to stop, I had to yell---SERVICE ONLY PLEASE. I hate to be rude to people and I know these guys are trying to make a living, But they lack creditability. Other then that the new facility is miles above the old building which did not present the cars in a 1st class way. In other words, I find every thing acceptable, but not exceptional.. PS. I could not find any brochure on the new Azera or Sonata...Poor support for sales. More
