I really appreciated Craig taking my car on short notice as I called him on Saturday morning and was able to get in within a half hour as I was pressed on time trying to get the repairs done so that my vehi as I called him on Saturday morning and was able to get in within a half hour as I was pressed on time trying to get the repairs done so that my vehicle could pass the emissions test. The check engine light did go off for a few hours but was still unable to pass the emissions test. As there are a couple more things that could be done to ensure that my vehicle passes the emissions test, I will be bring it back in to get the work done. So far, I have enjoyed my encounters that I have had with Craig. He is always courteous, pleasant, informative and will work with me to determine what service needs are a priority. More
I brought my vehicle in for Service, as well as some warranty work to have the antennae repaired. I chose to wait for my vehicle while the repair was being completed. The Service Consultant, Mr. Daniel warranty work to have the antennae repaired. I chose to wait for my vehicle while the repair was being completed. The Service Consultant, Mr. Daniel Darling, made sure that my wait was as pleasant as possible. He made sure that I did not need any assisstance while I was there and kept me informed of the progress. The vehicle was completed in the time that he had quoted, and returned to me fully washed and as god as new. I appreciate the service that we always receive at Larry Miller Hyundai, which is why we have purchased three vehicles here. Thank you to your team and Mr. Darling. Rich Wales More

WHILE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS HAVE A SOMEWHAT THREATING TONE, I HAVE NO PROBLEM IN EXPLAINING WHY I RATED MY EXPERIENCE WITH TIM HODDER AND THE SERVICE DEPT. AS HIGH AS ALLOWED. I WAS SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED TO FI HAVE NO PROBLEM IN EXPLAINING WHY I RATED MY EXPERIENCE WITH TIM HODDER AND THE SERVICE DEPT. AS HIGH AS ALLOWED. I WAS SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT CHRIS DAVIS WAS NO LONGER AT THE DEALERSHIP BUT TIM FILLED THE VOID AS WELL AS ANYONE POSSIBLY COULD. HE INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND ASSURED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO GUIDE MY 2007 AZERA THROUGH THE PROCESS AND HE DID EXACTLY THAT. HE KEPT ME INFORMED AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SECURE A HARD TO FIND PART THAT I HAD ASKED HIM TO LOCATE. THE PRICE HE GAVE ME WAS ALMOST EXACTLY WHAT I WAS CHARGED. I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS CAR TAKEN CARE OF BY LARRY MILLER HYUNDAI SINCE I BOUGHT IT IN OCTOBER, 2008. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY REASON TO SUSPECT THAT THE SERVICE I'VE HAD DONE WAS ANYTHING BUT COMPLETE AND CORRECT. More
