The sincerity in the phone call made me feel no matter what the outcome, I would accept it. I was pleasantly surprised that though he apologized, this only delayed my car an additional hour outside the estimated time. Upon pickup, I was impressed with the facility but ultimately it is the friendly service that makes me LOVE taking my car there. More
