The customer service is lacking big time. The rep walked right in front of me and didn't ask if I needed help. I had to go to him and request assistance. I asked if my mileage had been regist The rep walked right in front of me and didn't ask if I needed help. I had to go to him and request assistance. I asked if my mileage had been registered for my mileage reimbursement. The rep told me that I would have to wait a minimum of 40 minutes because he would have to re enter all the info. He said it would have to be done on my next appt. I was not happy; therefore I did not renew my maintenance contract. Then he told me that I could go find my vehicle parked outside. My vehicle has always been brought to me. I can understand if they were busy but there were no other customers in the service area. I have always been pleased with Hyundai, but this was a big disappointment. More
