I was immediately greeted by a salesman, Raul, who I didn't know I'd be buying a car from. He listened and showed me the car I wanted to see. I have had many problem with Southwest Hyundai on Lomas, with too many reasons to list and a lack of professionalism in a dealership. Therefore, not stopping me from wanting a 2014 Hyundai Veloster, I commuted to Larry H. Miller on the westside (Coors). I was not approached by vicious, hungry chow hounds trying to make a sale. I actually approached our salesman Rey C. I explained to him about my experience at Southwest and he replied, "I'm sorry to hear about that, let's find what YOUR looking for!" I had a complete "sigh" of relief, knowing that I was not being pressured into something that I did not want. Rey gave me many options to choose from and was very knowledgeable. He also answered every question that I had directly and without hesitation. When it came down to the final sale, Rey gave me a printout of prices, that's where the negotiation started. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was willing to meet me in the middle. Gunny from financing filed all our paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. What an awesome guy! Took him no time at all and was a treat to see a former USMC serviceman with a great personality, proficient and loves what he does! Dan was very polite, informative and answered our questions. He was very patient as we considered two different vehicles. When the day got longer - as there was only one person in the Finance depart questions. He was very patient as we considered two different vehicles. I cannot remember the gentlemen's name who was manned the Finance department on January 26. He was very professional and polite. He got my husband's joke about the picture hanging on the wall behind him. As far as we could tell, he had all the necessary paperwork ready for us and reviewed them with us very "efficiently." He took time to explain each document - very concisely. Except for a strained signature-hand, It was almost pain-free! We spent over 3 hours at Larry H. Miller on that Sunday afternoon.
