Even though it was his first day, Gerry Turbides went out of his way to find information for me while Jude was briefly unavailable, despite knowing he wouldn’t personally benefit from the sale. That level of teamwork is exactly what customers want to see! My experience with Tina was also outstanding. She was never pushy and focused on getting a great deal for my family. I would rate my experience at a two. I brought my car in for an oil change and a four wheel alignment. I was told by the mechanic that I had five immediate service problems. Four of the I brought my car in for an oil change and a four wheel alignment. I was told by the mechanic that I had five immediate service problems. Four of the five had been done at LHM. Five months ago I had all of the brakes including rotors replaced and the brake system flushed and new fluid for $1400 at LHM service department. Now I’m being told that my brake fluid is extremely dirty! I don’t want to point fingers but I think either the system wasn’t flushed and new brake fluid or I’m being shown a different vehicle. I don’t think the fluid should be extremely dirty in five months time when I’m retired and don’t put a lot of miles on the car. More
