The Lincoln was in for a quicklane oil change. The tires were rotated. The overall vehicle inspection revealed the tires' age and the need to replace them based on their age (6 years). They tested the battery and reported it was failing. It is a fairly new battery, so I tested at home on my (Schumacher) battery tester using the correct gel battery parameters, it tested like new at 880 CCA. I suspect they tested using lead-acid battery parameters, which it does fail. No inspection report given on brake condition. The engine air filter and cabin air filter were replaced by the owner using Motorcraft filters. The report also called for Transmission and Brake fluid changes (based on the 30k-mile schedule), and I will have that scheduled soon. Service was mediocre, limited service after the sale. Last summer upper oil pump replaced and we were on a time line. They fixed it and got us out on the road on time. Suzie Famoso at Larry H Miller has to be THE MOST Professional i have ever dealt with at ANY dealership. There is no doubt in my mind that she is an asset to Ford and whichever car manufacturer she Professional i have ever dealt with at ANY dealership. There is no doubt in my mind that she is an asset to Ford and whichever car manufacturer she would work for in the future. Aside from being knowledgeable and experienced in her department, her respect, transparency and treatment was no less than excellent and way above cordial. I don’t recommend any other service representative if its not Suzie Famoso. More
