I made an appointment for 10:30. I was at the dealership at 10:15 when I checked in. I parked in the handicap spot as my dad was with me who is handicapped. They did not take my truck in for service until 11:40. This is ridiculous, why should I make an appointment at 10:30 if you’re not gonna get my truck in for over an hour that is xxxxing ridiculous. Once they finally brought my truck in, I did not get my truck back until 12:15. This did not show up on my paperwork as for the time that all this took place. After I got my truck back from an oil change, they tried to charge me for a tire rotation, I told them I was strictly in for an oil change, and Miguel that was doing my paperwork argued with me about that I had to pay for a tire rotation when in fact, they did not do that. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with you guys. On top of all that when they brought my truck back after service, the young gentleman that took my truck did not even park it back in handicapped, as I was paying for my truck I could not find my dad as he was trying to make his way all the way to the very back of the building to find my truck, when it should’ve been parked in handicapped as we have a handicapped sticker. This is complete xxxxxxxx with what has transpired yesterday? Your service crew could not even apologize to me all they said was we’re doing the best weekend, if that’s their best they should be fired. they have no sense of urgency or even letting the customers know how long the service is going to be.
