The visit was not the best experience. Took too long. 2.5 hours for an oil change. Then I had to go and find the truck to see if a as done. I was told it would take 1 1/2 hr. It was 2 hrs. No empathy. Did not go over the billing. Had to ask what the recommendation was from the text. We had the works and had to ask what It was 2 hrs. Usually get a print out of what all is covered. Hope they improve as we have always been Ford owners. More
Just got a mobile Oil change completed. Tech did job (I think) and gave me his multi-check inspection. No receipt of oil change completed?? I asked for it and he said he doesn't have anyway of making any copy of his original appt sheet. So now I have no record of my oil change being completed and what was changed. This is soooooo unprofessional and just a major lack of any kind of customer service. Now instead of him saying... hey when I get back to the store I'll let them know that you need a receipt so they will send you one. Nope. Now I have to spend my time off work calling to see if I can get a receipt for the work performed. Omg this is just the worst company and in my mind I'll NEVER go to Larry Miller to buy anything!! And I'll also tell all my Intel employees they should shop at any other dealership. This failure is not the first either. Every oil change I've had done has always been something going wrong. Just a total failure by all means and this company will never get any of my hard earned money and nor should any of my friends or anyone else too! Please be warned... this company is a total waste of a business!! More
Although they fixed all the car's problems, the communication was lacking, and they took 5 days to complete. Car was not touched fo the first 24 hrs.
