Katlynn was absolutely amazing in taking care of my repairs. From quoting, scheduling to delivery I give complete approval. I don’t know the technician that work on my truck but I am very satisfied. Super shady - classic dealership games! DISHONEST!!! Be warned - they will keep you 'hooked' as a backup plan without ever telling you. Several things happened - "OH we think that one DISHONEST!!! WHen not interested in the new one, "Oh, turns out the one you were interested in IS still available. But you can't test drive it, because we can't find the keys. Let's talk first thing tomorrow morning." I expressed that I had driven 2 hours and was interested - please find the keys. "No, lets just talk in the morning." Then when no call in the morning, I text and get from Jose (salesman) "I just got in. Let me see what I can do on that price" ... then crickets (for hours). I text again two hours later... no reply. Totally ghosted me. So I call and find out "Sorry, it sold this morning." Something similar happened on another car I was looking at there, but I didn't piece it together until this morning when they did it AGAIN! They claim "Oh it was a misunderstanding."... so either they are TOTALLY inept (don't know if a car is sold or not, don't know if a car has been through detail or not, can't find the keys to their cars, and then unable to communicate or return text messages or calls... then make excuses... OR.... THEY ARE SHADY!!! I know which it is. Its a shame because both Jose and Duncan seemed like nice guys, but they're sheep in wolf's clothing and you're nothing but another sale to them. Do yourself a favor... avoid this dump. And IF you ignore my advice... be warned and watch for the signs. If a car is magically unavailable, keys are missing, or they say "Hey, let's just call it a night and finish tomorrow" please understand that you are just the backup date to their prom incase the first person falls through. I would have been okay if they had just said that, BUT instead they wasted my time getting pre-qualified and getting insurance quotes, pictures of my car for trade-in etc. DISHONEST!! This is the exact type of dealership that makes people unable to trust car salesmen. More
Had 12:30 appointment, checked in at 12:38 for a (waiting) oil changes and tire rotation. I was informed by the service advisor it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours on a waiting appointment granted. I go for a walk and return an hour later to see my truck still parked in the same spot. 20 minutes later it’s finally pulled in, 1 hour 20 minutes since I dropped it off. Goes into the bay and sits for another 20 minutes before being put in the air. When all was said and done it took them 2 hours and 10 minutes to do an oil change and rotate my tires. Why make appointments for people to wait for a service that takes 30 to 45 minutes to do if you can’t get them in & out in a respectable time frame? More

We had an appointment for an oil change at the Southern xx location. Our appt was 11:00. Our truck was not taken back until noon. When I first went to the lot the new truck would not start. They had to jump it. It was filthy. They played the car dealership game where they put you in their office and just leave you waiting. I walke start. They had to jump it. It was filthy. They played the car dealership game where they put you in their office and just leave you waiting. I walked out 3 times. They came and chased me down twice. After a week they accepted my initial offer. When I got the truck it was still filthy. The manager came out and said since it was dark they could not do a decent job cleaning it. I guess they don’t have any lights. This was probably a smart move because of the way the clean the vehicles on the lot they end up covered in water spots. I had to get a water spot remover to get it cleaned up. I by a lot of cars and this has to be the worst experience. More
