Scheduled an appointment for 8:00am, our service advisor kept us posted of the repair. Was told of cost, which from my research was fair. After approval of repairs, repair was completed. The sales advisors are unresponsive. Three voicemails over two weeks and they never got back to me. My truck pulls to the right. It was doing that last year too and after they didn’t fix it The first time last year, I had a technician ride with me to prove it to them. Turns out it was the sway bar, they say. They finally fixed it. Then it started pulling to the right again. Took it back in a week ago, they said they fixed it, but still pulling to the right. But I’m traveling now and since they didn’t get back to me two weeks earlier to set up an appointment, I didn’t have time to take it back in a second time to tell them they haven’t fixed it.But I shouldn’t have to. I don’t have time to burn like that. Now, with only two months left in my warranty, I have to find another dealership out of state where I am. And will they fix it next time it goes bad after Warranty? More
