Totally disappointed. They picked up my vehicle and and broke something in the transmission or clutch. Stoped and left it parked. The address the driver gave was wrong. Spent 2 hours looking for it to get to dealership. They found it the next day on the afternoon. They fixed the recall. But now it's un drivable Only spead is 10 miles an hour. More
I went to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation. You know usually when you go to a dealer and they tell you an hour and a half to two hours, typically means that’s the best case scenario but reality You know usually when you go to a dealer and they tell you an hour and a half to two hours, typically means that’s the best case scenario but reality is about 2 1/2 to 4 hours. To my surprise, Susie got me in and out and about 55 minutes! I’m really impressed with the service, and how I was treated as a customer by Susie! When I’m in town again, I’ll definitely use the service! Great job Larry Miller Ford! More
