Amy, service advisor was great. Informative. The pick up valet service for morning was great. Unfortunately the evening drop off was not. Communication was 1pm delivery, then we Informative. No response. Had to go through service department and directed to Amy who was super busy; message left. They then had to email her. Due to closeness of closing, we drove down and picked up the car.
