The service in the service department seems to be going down. The last time I had an oil change and inspection, the technician left the cover over the air filter loose. This time I did not get a copy of th down. The last time I had an oil change and inspection, the technician left the cover over the air filter loose. This time I did not get a copy of the vehicle inspection, last oil change I did get one, and the technician left a valve stem cap missing. I called the service writer and left a message, but did not get a return phone call. Seems like after I have service done at your dealership I have to do my own inspection on the vehicle when I get home to make sure everything is fine and completed properly. More
To start off. The experience to get service scheduled online does not work. I try to use the form to get a service scheduled at the service center on power and southern. I ended up using the chat bot and it informed me that it notified someone on the team that they would get a Monday appointment made for 9am. I go to the power and southern location and am informed that they do not have me on the schedule. I was scheduled for the Mesa and 60 service center. I ended up going to that service center, which was out of my way and farther than I wanted to drive. But did it because I needed service that day. Went in for an oil change and warranty work. I had to call in to see what the status on the oil change. Was told it was done. Went in the get my truck…was told they were picking it up to bring up front. I waited for 30 minutes before I went back to talk to Abby, she told me that they were still looking for my vehicle and just found it. At that point I realized that we never talked about what was happening with the warranty work. I looked at the paperwork, and it just said that “the wheel well was bent, suggest the customer replace it”. This is what I wanted to have warranty work done to, and Abby made it sound like it would be a tough ask from the warranty company and would call them. It’s now Thursday of the next week and I have not heard back from Abby. It should not be a battle to get warranty work done every time. After talking with Abby about this issue, I went back into the waiting area. My truck still had not come up for me to pick up. I go back to Abby to see where it is, and was informed it was in a bay to look at the wheel well. I thought this might be the warranty work being done. Abby finally brought my keys to me in the waiting area. I walk to my truck and do a quick inspection and find that my wheel well is still busted and now I hear the tire rubbing against it if I turn the wheel or go into reverse. This whole experience has left a terrible taste. More
Had a 10 am appt for oil, filter, fuel filter, and tire rotation. Was told to expect 90 minutes. 4 hours later, I was out of there. The fuel filter had to be ordered.. Service writer Joshua was fine. A very pleasant fellow and tried, but the issues were not within his control. More
