The service department was awful. I booked my service about a month ago and when I arrived they said they would have to keep my car for at least three days or longer. No loaner car av I booked my service about a month ago and when I arrived they said they would have to keep my car for at least three days or longer. No loaner car available, and I had to wait to get a “diagnosis” before my warranty would pick up getting a rental car. I need a vehicle to get to work! So I had to leave without getting my service. Very poor service More

The vehicle was and hour and a half late being picked up. When the vehicle was dropped off LH tail lamp was not installed correctly large gap left and not aligned. No final walkover done on vehicle. Had to complete repair myself to get vehicle back to OEM standards as didn’t want to waste another full day for poor quality review and no vehicle. More
