First time I have used this dealership for service. Had no issue setting up appointment and then was very surprised with the valet pickup service they supplied. Great experience all around. 9 months of deception, lies, avoided phone calls, not a single returned voice mail and ignored by the service manager after escalation vis email and voicemail. Waited 9 months for a repair that I was informed was “waiting for parts”. Called every few weeks and was told parts were still on order. Finally tried to move this along by calling the parts department myself. Parts dept confirmed that no parts were ever ordered for my vehicle and that these parts had been in stock from before my initial appt. 9 months of wasted time, phone calls, and frustration. I will never return to this dealer. And the brake issue persisted on the drive home and wasn’t actually fixed! More
