Late edit to my original post. I spoke to the service manager, Seth within a few days of pick up my vehicle. He’s an extremely knowledgeable and professional individual. He listened to my concerns and ready to address frustrations, rectifying them immediately. To clarify, a few frustrations were beyond their control and I was unaware of it at the time. I had an excellent experience with Suzie and the team at Larry H. Miller Ford in Mesa, Arizona! Suzie was incredibly helpful, keeping me informed throughout the process and ensuring that my car was serviced on time. What really stood out was how hassle-free the whole experience was. The team quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed without any unnecessary delays or complications. Larry H Miller is hands down the BEST dealership I have ever been to. I actually bought my truck at a different dealership (unfortunately) but bring my truck there for all service and recently body shop a ever been to. I actually bought my truck at a different dealership (unfortunately) but bring my truck there for all service and recently body shop after an accident. My repairs were perfect, and they detailed my truck for me. They scheduled a rental car for me and I didn't have to do anything. I would totally recommend Larry H Miller! More
