My car was there almost 2 weeks for initial problem, when returned repairs did not solve the problem. Was told to bring vehicle back once they had a loaner available. Over two weeks and no communication from returned repairs did not solve the problem. Was told to bring vehicle back once they had a loaner available. Over two weeks and no communication from dealer. Called and they said they’ll call back. No call back. Called the next day and he said bring it back and pick up loaner. Dealer had car for over a week and was told unit was repaired and ready for pick up. Once I arrived at dealer, we did not even get off the service drive and unit was inoperable. Left car for an additional 3.5 weeks and just received car back. So far the unit is work as designed. More
