They quickly diagnosed a bad BCE module, got a new one overnight and installed it at no charge (warranty work). The service rep (Suzie) sent several texts to keep me updated regarding progress and completion. I will continue to use LHM Ford for servicing my vehicles when wintering in AZ. More
