very poor service I will start with the most recent. Had an appointment for routine service. when I checked in I told the service writer I was in hurry and would wait f I will start with the most recent. Had an appointment for routine service. when I checked in I told the service writer I was in hurry and would wait for my truck and declined the car wash and a tire rotation as I had just had one. three hours later for a simple oil change I get my truck back. After reviewing the bill I see that the tires have been rotated which negates the rotation I have just had. I question the service writer and he says " oh ok we won't charge you for that". Now to the prior service; again a simple oil change. During the service the Berge rep. finds me in the waiting room and says I need new batteries which seemed strange because they were not that old and I had had no problems with them but I agreed to buy new ones. When I was driving home I realized my exhaust brake was not working. In checking I found that it had been unhooked and the wring connector had been broken, also the battery cables were very corroded but instead of cleaning the they simply installed them on the new batteries. Next service I go the a Berge quickie place for aa service and they tell me the batteries are bad which was a bunch of bunk. Berge is definitely more interested in getting you money than doing an honest job for you. More
Oil Change Saturday wait for oil change was 1hr 40 minutes. Came back Friday at 6PM hoping to squeeze in, but was told the oil change cut off time was 6PM. When I asked what time the service advisors had they responded, "6:02. Sorry too late." So much for customer service. 5 service advisors standing around with 0 cars in the driveway at 6:02. More

I was only lightly considering the purchase of a new-used car so I wasn't ready to talk to any sales reps from the company so once the first couple emails started coming in I clicked the links in the emails to discontinue further email contact. One month later and several emails later I continue to click the button on the emails to stop receiving additional emails with no result. They continue to spam me!!!! I don't know how to get them to stop!! More

If you can avoid coming here.... do it!. I walked out so angry and I run global casino operations where service is everything! I also understand how to take care of people, and what good service means. I demand proper service be given to each customer that comes to play our games from our employees. I was paying cash and didn't need financing.... so this story outlines that it was not a customer who didn't get financing or didn't get approved. Berge Ford in Mesa... I will never return and continue to announce my experience to friends, family and the massive amount of employees that work for me as HOW YOU DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE. I write this because I am extremely insulted which warrant's a post. I hope I help others who are thinking of entering your facility and what to expect from my experience. I hope this dealership owners questions his employees or installs cameras to see what his employees are actually doing to people. He would see why I was extremely angry, and will never return nor ever give a good answer if someone asked me about my experience there. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Sales Managers Dave Kohler & Craig Ginsberg unethical I purchased a 2015 Ford Excursion from Berge Ford. I am an existing customer. I was told the vehicle was acquired as a trade in and later learned it w I purchased a 2015 Ford Excursion from Berge Ford. I am an existing customer. I was told the vehicle was acquired as a trade in and later learned it was part of a rental fleet for Alamo Rental Cars. This concerns me and I would have have purchased because it is a large 4WD SUV. Many people rent 4WD and drive them hard because they aren't their personal vehicle. Secondly, there were marks on the mirror which i was told would wash off - they turned out to be scratches and the entire mirror assembly piece needs replaced. Finally, there was a dent by the left back up sensor on the rear of the vehicle. Sales Manager Dave Kohler asked me to send a photo of dent, and I did immediately. He indicated he would take care of it and addressed my concerns regarding the car being part of a retail rental fleet. I expressed my reservations and desire to "undo" the deal. I feel like he told me what I wanted to hear and talked me into keeping the vehicle despite its history. I was comforted that he was going to resolve the dent issue, as well. He asked me to bring the car out for him to see in person. He said to stop by anytime and either himself or Sales Manager Greg Ginsberg would look at it and decide which of three body shops to send it to. My schedule finally freed up and I make an appointment with the dealership. I indicated on the online request form to have my oil changed, repair to key fob and meet with Sales Manager who wanted to view vehicle. I was on property for over two hours. I texted and telephoned both sales managers. I approached the reception desk and was told twice that Greg would be right with me. I had to pick up my son and his friends so I had to leave. I was later told that they were both too busy to see me because they were working on 4 deals. They asked me to make another appointment and come down. Their actions seem to say that my time is not as valuable as theirs and a potential customer is more important than a repeat customer. More
Top of the line service advisors I brought my car in for service and when it was finished I inspected it myself before I left. The mechanics had missed a couple items. I told my service advisor Joey about it and instead of him saying bring it back or I'll deal with this later or having a bad attitude instead what he did for me was he disappeared and went and grabbed some tools came back fixed the two issues himself and I was on my way :-) More
Service We had a part missing from our new automobile ,and did not realize it until 4 weeks after we purchased the car, with an email to the General Manager, We had a part missing from our new automobile ,and did not realize it until 4 weeks after we purchased the car, with an email to the General Manager, on a holiday, that same evening we received an email back from Mr. Crutchner the same day advising us he would look into this concern. The next day he contacted us with another email advising us to take the car to the body shop and they would evaluate. Needless to say, he gave me the name of the lady to see, she was waiting for me, the gentleman that had the part was there and placed the item on the car within minutes. I cannot tell anyone how impressed I was with the service and concern they had to make us happy. I would buy another car from this dealer in a "heart beat". More

So I had the radiator replaced and no one even mentioned that I should also replace the hoses. Less than a month later the radiator hose blow out when I was driving on a highway causing me to pull over and have the truck towed in. I still had to pay for the parts of the hoses because they wouldn’t take responsibility for not stating that they should be changed when the radiator blow. Then when I picked it up the idle was very rough. There was nothing wrong with the idle before this happened. They stated that it was because of the mileage on the engine instead of taking responsibility that their mechanic screwed up and did not even look at the hoses for the radiator or suggesting that they should be replaced since the radiator blow. Since the idle was not even running anywhere to idling rough I know it was caused because of the radiator problems. Now they want to charge me $72 an hour to continue looking at the problem. Do not go here for any kind of service since they will take advantage of you and state that it is your problem and not theirs. I give them a 0 on service. More
