Feeling helpless I was just amazed that something as simple as a low battery could lock down my steering wheel! I called Berg ford and spoke with my service advisor N I was just amazed that something as simple as a low battery could lock down my steering wheel! I called Berg ford and spoke with my service advisor Niccolett. She sent a tow truck and made sure I was safe and taken care of. Two days later she called to make sure everything was good ! I thank God for my warranty ! Normally a battery isn’t covered, but because of how it shut down my car, they covered it! I’m very happy with the service I received. More

New truck problems. Purchased new f250 super duty. After a few weeks I noticed the passenger front door panel wasn't installed correctly. I brought it to the dealer and t Purchased new f250 super duty. After a few weeks I noticed the passenger front door panel wasn't installed correctly. I brought it to the dealer and they didn't seem very interested. They said I would have to leave it all day. Or why couldn't I just wait till the first service to get it fixed. I don't drive it very much so it will be quite awhile before the first service. I guess they think I should just live with my $58000 dollar truck with the door panel half on. Maybe I should have bought my truck from someone else. Next time More
