My Service advisor, Suzie Famoso, was very couteous and the repairs were completed much faster than I anticipated. She also found a billing error which worked out in my favor, saving me a lot of money! I the repairs were completed much faster than I anticipated. My first time using service at L,M and I am very happy with the service received. They told me the recall usually takes 1/2 day to complete and it did, I dropped the truck off at 7 am and was notified it with the service received. Service performed as preventive measure, replace all belts and hoses and flush radiator. Cost $2000. +. Now my air is not as cold as it was prior to service. Coincident I’m not sure, but did they sabota belts and hoses and flush radiator. Cost $2000. +. Now my air is not as cold as it was prior to service.
