I’ve had nothing but trouble every time I visit this dealership’s quick lane for maintenance. I don’t know if I’m going to dealership to get my car maintenance done or asking them to create more problem dealership’s quick lane for maintenance. I don’t know if I’m going to dealership to get my car maintenance done or asking them to create more problems. After my last visit, my car stopped running the very next day. When I returned, they claimed a small sensor was missed but charged me $1,300 for labor, even though they said the replacement was “free.” Now, after my most recent visit, it feels like my tires weren’t even rotated, and my car is leaning to one side, making me think they’re setting me up for a wheel alignment. On top of that, the staff was dismissive of my concerns. When I questioned the charges and work done, I was met with vague answers and no real accountability. Gary was the best car sales man I have encountered, asked questions of what we wanted and what we were going to use it for and made sure we liked our truck and that we were satisfied and stayed there for the questions of what we wanted and what we were going to use it for and made sure we liked our truck and that we were satisfied and stayed there for the whole sale and try to Cheat us and showed us as many trucks as we wanted even if it was out of our price range and made it work on a truck that we really liked. I went to the quick lane for an oil change and tire rotation. Even with an appointment the wait was about two hours. The lady at the front was nice enough but I got an email about my requested services rotation. Even with an appointment the wait was about two hours. The lady at the front was nice enough but I got an email about my requested services instead of talking to an actual human. One of the requested service I had literally just changed, so they wanted to charge me $98 for a cabin air filter change I know for a fact I did not need. Additionally, the final cost of services listed on that email was apparently incorrect and my total cost ended up being almost double that which when I asked, I was told the online system needs to be updated because it doesn’t include the price of labor. So I was charged almost $100 for an oil change and tire rotation AND they didn’t even put an updated sticker in my car to list the mileage. I will not be returning here and would not recommend this place. More
