The gentleman that we talked to at the service department was not very knowledgeable about his job. He told me that the battery that was just over a year old had no warranty on it. I told him he was wrong ab was not very knowledgeable about his job. He told me that the battery that was just over a year old had no warranty on it. I told him he was wrong about that. He said he would have to talk to his supervisor about it. He came back and told me that I was correct. I was then informed that it would take an hour and a half to replace the battery, it took 3 hours. My wife and I were not happy about that. As far as the choice of service centers, I chose Larry Miller, due to the vicinity. I didn’t want to risk breaking down trying to drive to the dealership on the other side of town. More

Really appreciated the quick service today, didn’t have an appointment, but they fit us in. Terrible to be stranded far from home, going back up the hill to Prescott with a questionable battery!
