They rotated my tires, but it seems they didn’t check the PSI. When rotating tires, the PSI needs to be adjusted—mine were at 80 PSI in the back and 60 in the front, meaning the front ones should have been deflated after the rotation. That wasn’t done. The worst part? My hubcaps weren’t put on correctly. I have photos to prove it. If I hadn’t stopped and checked, you guys would be replacing caps on my F-350. That made me feel pretty uneasy driving two hours home. I’m not from Phoenix, but this experience makes me wonder—if these simple tasks weren’t done right, how well was my diesel oil change and filter service handled? Were all the bolts on my tires tightened properly? And before discounts, the total was $511. Totally unacceptable. Thanks to the young Man who helped me took care of the coupons for me and some inconvenience Credit.
