Waited all day for my new vehicle to be prepared for sale. At 6:30 pm they were closing and then someone came out and said they couldn't get it done today. I pushed back until they finally stayed late and got it done... But they shouldn't have set my expectations that they could, or made me sit in the lobby for five hours if they couldn't. Watched the owner as he yelled at and humiliated the front desk girl (more than twice) for petty reasons. Getting license plates was a pain because finance waited two months to submit title work to the state, and it took me two weeks of calling with no response to get an answer. Poor follow up overall. Car dealerships are pretty universal in how they operate. Lakewood Fordland is no exception. More
