I was contacted by Rich in regards to a Craislist ad I had to sell my car. He wanted me to come in as this is the kind of car they want. I asked if they were going to just offer a rediculously low offer a had to sell my car. He wanted me to come in as this is the kind of car they want. He said he had no idea because he was not involved in the appraising but many people do sell for the price the offered. We made the long drive over to come and find out that they could not give me a real offer until about 10:00 the next morning because the Mgr was not in. After two calls the next day I finally got a text about 8:30 that evening with a redicuous offer and Rich was the person with all the information. Thus he knows they offer a rediculous amount. I do not begrudge anyone making a profit as that is part of it, but offering only $13k for a vehicle that is selling for $20k is very rediculous in my mind. I think the whole reason they wanted us to come in was to try and sell us a new vehicle, but we had already bought our replacement vehicle and were only looking to sell. I want everyone to know that I think this is the absolute last place anyone should go when looking to buy a car because if they are ripping off people that they are asking to come in then I am positive they are doing the same to others. This makes you think of the typical "Salesman" xxxx that everyone thinks of. More
Visited Fordland because they were the local CostCo dealer for Ford. I was interested in a Ford C-MAX Energi. They were the first to receive one. They were very knowledgeable about Hybrids, and plug dealer for Ford. I was interested in a Ford C-MAX Energi. They were the first to receive one. They were very knowledgeable about Hybrids, and plug-in electric cars. There was no pressure, just good facts about the car. It was a delightful experience. I bought a brand new ford focus in April 2012 it had 27 miles on it. 2 weeks after I bought the car it started making a horrible grinding noise. I took it in and apparently there was a recall on some compu miles on it. 2 weeks after I bought the car it started making a horrible grinding noise. I took it in and apparently there was a recall on some computer part in the transmission so they said they fixed it. Then 2 days later the grinding noise was back and even louder. They said they repaired it and it was supposed to make a clicking noise when shifting and if I don't like the noise turn the radio up. I said it's not clicking it's grinding and they looked at me like I was crazy. Now it's September 1st and my car beeped and said " transmission malfunction service now" on the little screen and the car would go in reverse but not forward. I had the car towed to the dealership and now they are saying I should have taken it in when it was grinding. I said o my gosh I have taken it in 3 times and you people act like I'm crazy. It has been 3 days and they haven't called me to say its fixed or not. The good thing they did do was give me a loaner car. More
Buying a new car is not something we do often, every 10 years or 100,000 miles. We have been to numerous dealers in the last month and at Lakewood Fordland we were offered a fair price on our used vehicle years or 100,000 miles. The sales staff made this an easy, pleasant experience. The staff was able to accomadate us in a short amount of time and Johnny G was very attentive, even remembering to remove CD's from our old cars player, helping us to move out and move in, and took time to sync phones and instruct us on many features we were unfamiliar with in our new car. My hat is off to the staff at Lakewood Fordland :) More
I recently bought a 06 Ford F150 from Lakewood Fordland. When I took bought it, it was very dirty. (Evidently the parts dept was using it as a parts runner) They said they would have it detailed. A day and 80 miles after I took possession of the truck, I noticed an engine miss and also a grinding noise when going up hills. I let them know promptly and they said they would get it in and check it out (a week later). Turns out it was missing on 3 cylinders due to bad spark plugs. They also said they didn't have time to check out the grinding noise, I would have to reschedule and bring it back, which is hard for me to do with my busy schedule. Long story short, they made me pay $480 to repair a day old truck, which they said was there cost. (The other Ford dealer that doesn't know me at all quoted me $365 for the same service). The only time I got my calls returned was when they needed something from me. Bottom line with them is all they care about is getting your $. Very dissappointed.... PS, I highly recommend NOT giving out your email or phone number unless you like lots of spam and marketing calls.... More

As soon as we got there Karri greeted us and I told her what I wanted and we got right to work. I had the A plan so financing was easy but Karri answered all my questions. This is the first Ford I have ever owned and will not be the last. I highly recommend Karri as she was helpful, friendly and made it easy. More
