They did help fix my car in the end, but a small issue like that shouldn't have taken such a fuss and having to publicly criticize them to get a response. I feel as though if i hadnt complained so much that the general manager and highest service manager hadn't gotten involved then every time I brought my car in It would have come back with another little thing wrong that was fine when I brought it in. They did fix what they broke so I'll give them that credit at least.
