Bad Service We took my mother's Lincoln in for a warranty repair. We'd had the fuel pump and modules replaced on 1/29/16 and it failed after a few 100 miles. I We took my mother's Lincoln in for a warranty repair. We'd had the fuel pump and modules replaced on 1/29/16 and it failed after a few 100 miles. I first took it to Brads Conoco, they replaced the module, with me not recognizing that the part was under warranty. They indicated that it maybe the module or pump. The module wasn't the problem. When it turned out to be the fuel pump, I took it back to Larry H Miller. When I called for status, I was forwarded to my service advisor's (Steve) phone. I left a message and never received a return call. I called 2 days later and was told it was ready. I went to pick it up that night and found it had been hail damaged. I went back in to talk to the gentleman who was there and he said "Didn't Steve tell you about it?" I said tat I never talked to Steve. He said the damage was an act of God and my insurance would cover it. This is after my wife had been complaining about an engine vibration and told it was the tool set in the back of her Ford Focus. Brad fund the broken engine mount easily when we took it to him for breaks. More

Crooks, Scam, Horrible Dealership I have never felt so deceived. This dealership sold me my 2016 Ford Edge after turning in my 2013 Ford Edge 1 month early. I went in to look at option I have never felt so deceived. This dealership sold me my 2016 Ford Edge after turning in my 2013 Ford Edge 1 month early. I went in to look at options for lease end and what I wanted to do. I was told a deal couldn't be made unless I put 2,200 down payment. Not having that, I thanked them for their time and left. Not evening leaving the street they called and said come back we can do a deal. They got me into a 2016 Ford Edge with $606 down. I signed all my papers, paid $606 in a credit card, said they would cover the remaining lease payment that was on my 2013 edge and roll it over....needless to say that didn't happen, We got a bill for my 2013 edge saying I needed to make my payment...numerous phone calls and "nothing can be done." Biggest joke! Take you're business elsewhere! They cause more headache than good! More
Terrible service Well it started with the salesman who sold us the car then didn't return any phone calls after he had made the sale after leaving several messages wit Well it started with the salesman who sold us the car then didn't return any phone calls after he had made the sale after leaving several messages with questions for him. I thought/hoped maybe he had been fired but no he was really just avoiding doing any more work since he had already gotten his commission. So I had to call around him to get things done in service and that took about 5 calls to set up an appointment and then to confirm they had the part that took them 2 weeks to get from the jeep dealership across town. Then a year or so down the line I learn the warranty they sold me by saying I can take it anywhere for a repair turned out to be one that I needed to return to the dealership of sale for. So I had to go back to get a door lock repaired, everything else on the door was functioning just fine when I dropped it off. So I get it back the the door handle on the outside had a rattle like a screw had fallen out and the inside handle was very loose and floppy. I called back and thankfully they did fix the door rattle that was a lock mechanism they never attached in the first place but, they didnt do it til after they messed with the door for almost two hours and didnt even take it apart telling me the only problem they saw was the floppy handle they broke and they need time to get the part in again, so I had to tell them to take the door apart and find the rattle. So I set up an appointment to get the inside handle fixed but the service adviser that I worked with that day couldnt tell me they would fix it free even though it was their mistake so i had to leave three messages for the other service adviser and then finally just actually track him down to talk to him and he seemed surprised that I was calling then had to call me back so he could look into it. Not only so he passed me off to the service manager who nicely told me that was not their problem even though i brought them a perfectly functioning handle and it came back broken. So they politely told me how much I could pay to fix their mistake and I told them they will never see me again. All around poor service and quality of customer service from this dealership. No one should ever buy a car here or get service. More

After dilerberation, agreed to spend $2500 to repair the small leak. The leak persisted, Larry H. Miller then requested that another $1200 would fix the small leak. I declined, due to a lack of confidence. I returned again to have them repair a key remote, assuming that this task was easy enough to complete. I was wrong. They failed to program both remotes for my truck. The service department here is sloppy and inexperienced. Go somewhere else. Buyer beware!! More
Horrible customer service Dept. Bought a new car from a nice salesperson and made an appointment to pick it up. When I arrived, it was no where near ready and I waited almost an hour Bought a new car from a nice salesperson and made an appointment to pick it up. When I arrived, it was no where near ready and I waited almost an hour for them to prep it. I chalked it up to a one time event. I have made two appointments for oilcloth changes since then. The first took an hour and a half. The second appointment was made 3 hours in advance. When I arrived they told me it would be two hours before they could get to it. I will never go back to this dealer for any service. More
If it wasn't so sad, the customer service was laughable If i could give less stars, I would. I drive like miss daisy, meticulous about maintenance, and I had catastrophic engine failure on a 5.4L 2010 F-15 If i could give less stars, I would. I drive like miss daisy, meticulous about maintenance, and I had catastrophic engine failure on a 5.4L 2010 F-150 XTL Super Crew with 80K miles. But, that can happen. Without any explanation or options, no discussion or appreciation for the level of the detail -- the Techs at Larry H Miller Ford service put a pamphlet for buying a new engine with a 3-year warranty in my hands. Regardless if this was the correct diagnosis, at this point -- i had zero confidence or interest working with LHM for this level of treatment. I talked to a dozen people there -- opened cases with Ford Customer Service, only to ping pong back and forth with no answer for a month. Can you live without your car for a month? Luis, the service manager, was very nice but never followed up, sent a quote or made anything happen. The Ford Regional folks did absolutely nothing from what I could tell. One month later, I took my business elsewhere. From now on, you have converted a driver who loves his Ford back to Toyota --because their cars work, and because they have great customer service. Total Bummer, I love that truck but not enough to keep buying Ford. That was the first and definitely the last. More

The two This was my first time buying a car. After searching for hours online trying to find the best deals, I decided to start with this dealership. The two salesmen found me a nice car at the price I could afford, and did not attempt to sell me a car that they knew was out of my price range. Overall, this was the best first-car-buying experience anyone could hope for. Thank you! More
Certified Pre-owned and certified incompetance The car is good...now. I tried to respond to their internal polls about satisfaction assuming that they would do something to respond to my bad exper The car is good...now. I tried to respond to their internal polls about satisfaction assuming that they would do something to respond to my bad experience. But I think they only respond if the review is public (see google reviews). I bought a certified pre-owned fusion. It had an issue and it took them 3 weeks to figure it out. They promised they would call at specific times for updates, but didn't. They said they would give me detailed info about what was wrong..but didn't. They said they would give me a full tank of gas but gave me an 1/16 of a tank. They said they would clean it before it was delivered but didn't. The sales rep I worked with when I bought it was never there when I returned to get things fixed (or conveniently just left). I asked friends who bought Ford's in the last 3 months. Everyone has had a bad experience here. Go anywhere else. More
