You have your schedule, the service departments schedule and yes sometimes weather can be a factor. Let's not forget the possibility of wasting time in traffic delays around commuting time. Larry Miller Ford Lakewood helped me the customer by taking all of the above into consideration. I rescheduled numerous times in order to beat these scheduling conflicts. FINALLY!!! I was recently the victim of the recall on the output speed sensor issues. A year ago I was told to come in to fix it. These guys reprogrammed the com I was recently the victim of the recall on the output speed sensor issues. A year ago I was told to come in to fix it. These guys reprogrammed the computer and sent me on my way. A month ago I started experiencing problems with the transmission. The code I kept getting on my scanner was P0720. I went in to Larry H. Miller with this and was told it has to throw a code before on their scanner before they can look at it. I was sent on my way. After it doing it several times again I could not get it in from my location. Finally it went in limp mode and would not clear out. I drove 25 miles across Denver Metro in 3rd gear. Once I got to the service center, I sat in the building engine running for several minutes before I was approached. I said now it’s doing it and won’t clear so I’m immobile. I was told it would be 10 days before they could even look at it. Very displeased with this I said I would appreciate any and all help as I work in construction across town. After being told many times that I would not be help for 10 days at the earliest, the young man that helped me initially said let me scan the VIN and look at something. After a little research ( about 3 min worth ) he figured out that the problem I was having was tied to the recall. I left my tuck there and the next day it was fixed. I felt very upset that it took an hour or so to get the point across to someone that it was a recall idem. I felt mistreated on 3 different occasions before anyone would do anything to help. You ask would I recommend Larry H. Miller Ford? Yes, but I warn whomever to stay there and keep repeating yourself until someone listens to you, as I had to. More

They are the only reason I bought my car there and the only reason I would ever recommend them. Certainly not for how sales took advantage of me now on the last three cars. My repair on my hail damage was over $2000.00 more than the so called discount they gave me. That makes over $30k lost with $33k on a car worth 7k less than the loan. What hurts are the lies from sales to a loyal customer. Never again. Only service on the hail dented car. More
