Great Service Department Kevin Casey was the service manager for our Ford Explorer. Worst customer service I have have ever experienced! By far it has been a nightmare dealing with the service department. If I could give 0 out of 5 than I would! It has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Initially it was in for an insurance claim (not their fault), but when a. problem with my vehicles engine surfaced I asked them to work on it to fix the problem. It took over four days to evens get a quote. I called numerous times and never received a return call. I had to physically go in to talk with the service person. At which point was told they would look at it and get to work and would be done in a couple of days. However they never even looked at my vehicle and again numerous calls without a return call, was able to get through by calling and asking for the manager which was not granted but miraculously found the person I was trying to call all along and was told they could not even look at my vehicle until the following week. That is more than a week without doing anything. Also apparently they could not even offer a loaner car. What a waste of time, hopefully others had a better experience, but not me. I will be telling everyone about this and suggesting that they visit someplace else at least with better customer service. More
