Completely disorganized service dept I left this dealership confused and amazed at their incompetence. I scheduled service online for Recall work on a 2015 Transit Connect. I arrived I left this dealership confused and amazed at their incompetence. I scheduled service online for Recall work on a 2015 Transit Connect. I arrived on time and told them they could change the oil as well - if they had time. Four hours later, they called to tell me the oil change had been completed, but they didn't have time to do the Recall work. They asked if I would return at 730 am the next day to do the 2 hours of Recall work. I told them I would and arrived 10 mins early. I waited for 2.5 hours at the dealership before asking the service representative for a status update. He informed me that they hadn't started any work and were doing work on other cars instead. I told him I couldn't continue to wait and would need a loaner car. He said he would be right back with an answer. 20 mins later, I went to look for him, and he was in the back service area - he saw me and just turned his back and walked away. Then, I found the Manager of the Service Dept and told him I needed a loaner because they hadn't started working on the car I'd brought in 3 hrs ago. He told me there wasn't anything he could do because they were out of cars. At that point, I asked for the keys to my cars so I could leave. Its embarrassing that a huge company like Larry Miller would have such a poorly run service center. Be better. More

Car Wouldn't start after a Maintenance Appointment I had prepaid and signed up for the maintenance oil changes, etc. for my 2013 Ford Explorer, which included tire rotation. On one of my appointments, I had prepaid and signed up for the maintenance oil changes, etc. for my 2013 Ford Explorer, which included tire rotation. On one of my appointments, they charged me for tire rotation. On my last visit, because I won't be going back, they supposedly changed my oil, did the 12 point (or whatever) inspection etc. on my vehicle. However, on the very next day my car wouldn't start because my battery cables were so corroded that it wouldn't charge the battery. If in fact LHM did my oil change and 12 point inspection, they would have noticed it, I would hope they would have made me aware. I hope things have changed at LHM so others don't pay for services not rendered. More
