Cheap sales tactics are instilled in the core of this dealership. I experienced bate and switch tactics, misleading sales pricing, and had the sales manager yell at me across the showroom floor. Everyth dealership. I experienced bate and switch tactics, misleading sales pricing, and had the sales manager yell at me across the showroom floor. Everything is great and seems like a good experience until you question their tactics. I refused to sign a form that said my $20,000 deposit was non-refundable while I grabbed dinner. This was after they pulled my credit, been assigned a dealer sales number, and had been approved. The dealership said they could finish the deal before I had to leave for a pre-planned dinner but they could not pull it off. Because I refused to sign the non-refundable document the sales manager became irate, gave me my $20,000 check back, and yelled at me across the showroom floor that he would not hold the truck for me for 1 1/2 hours while I was at dinner. His yelling and distrust for me was embarrassing and made me question why I was spending $70,000 at this dealership. In addition, they were treating me like I was a scam artist because I legally changed my last name due to a marriage/divorce. I gave them a copy of the notarized court document and they still demanded to see more documents. The sales manager even approached me and asked me if I am a scam artist. I took my check to another dealership (Sill-TerHar Motors) and received a much better deal. I bought a truck with more features for the same price and at a 5% lower finance rate. Sill-TerHar treated me with respect and did not require me to show court documents, nor did they accuse me of being a scam artist. I contacted Larry H. Miller and asked for the general manager because I wanted to discuss my experience. I wanted to give them the opportunity to own their mistake and provide an apology. Mostly, I want future customers to have a better experience. My plan was to accept an apology and move on with my life. The dealership will not give me the time of day to work out this disagreement. Your money will be better spent somewhere else. A place where the company policy is to treat people how they want to be personally treated. Larry H. Miller seems to rely on scams and cheap sales tactics to gain sales More

My experience with Larry Miller Ford was just great! Damien and Ryan were very helpful, as were the rest of the people my wife and I dealt with. Damien and Ryan were very helpful, as were the rest of the people my wife and I dealt with. More
In short, GO ELSEWHERE. Unless you want to waste your time and money, that is. My third and final straw was a service in which I had scheduled an appt for 2 weeks in adv Unless you want to waste your time and money, that is. My third and final straw was a service in which I had scheduled an appt for 2 weeks in advance for a very simple programming service requiring no parts (it takes 15 min and a computer). I called the service dept 2 days prior to ensure they could still accommodate my appt and they assured me I could simply wait there for the quick programming. I show up 5 min prior to my appt time and wait in the service bay for 45 minutes until someone is finally able to let me know that it will take a full hour for the programming (and I need to pay the full $180/hr rate) though I will need to drop the truck off for the entire day. This is not the first time this has happened where Larry Miller Ford has not honored our scheduled appt time or tried to overcharge for a simple service. That was my final service with Larry Miller Ford and I advise you never to make your first with them. I called Phil Long Ford as I pulled out of the lot and they said to swing by that day and that they would do the programming in 15 min at no charge. More
