The service department is terrible; this is our second time dropping a vehicle for repairs. Bear in mind both vehicles were purchased from LHM in Lakewood. there were no follow-up on the vehicle, multiple time dropping a vehicle for repairs. Bear in mind both vehicles were purchased from LHM in Lakewood. there were no follow-up on the vehicle, multiple times calling, and emailing directly and then through the main receptionist. finally showed up in person to see what progress was made; after looking it up, it had been completed but they were not aware of that. For Shame! More
Changing my review- We did had a snafu with payment with the service department, but the new manger, Tim Brand, was extremely helpful and fully remedied the situation. Avoid, avoid, avoid! This company in Lakewood and the one in Golden couldn't care less! I have had a Titan for less than 2 years and less than 38,000 miles that came with This company in Lakewood and the one in Golden couldn't care less! I have had a Titan for less than 2 years and less than 38,000 miles that came with the New Vehicle Limited Warranty of 72 months or 80,000 miles. The truck is already broken down and its going to cost me over $1000 to fix it. No one will return my call about the warranty and the repair shop is trying to tell me there are other problems that need to be addressed. I doubt that as my vehicles are better maintained than the average person. So, either they are lying scammers and/or Nissan makes crappy trucks! And, the only reason I am giving anyone in the finance dept. a one star is because no one called me back. No help, no good review. I can't know if anyone is good at their job if they are too lazy or unprofessional to return a call! More
Just had a very refreshing and honest visit to this dealership! Pete and his crew were attentive and listened to my concerns. If not, based on our experience, we would recommend spending your valuable time and hard-earned money elsewhere. We negotiated a deal on a new vehicle, made a down payment, waited 1-month for the vehicle to arrive. When it was time to sign the paperwork… the dealership changed the deal and increase our costs. Had to walk away, sales team seemed to think these were acceptable business practices. They are not an organization that is operating in good faith or integrity. Ultimately a complete waste of our time and effort, and not an experience that I would wish for anyone else. More
For 6 months I tried to get these guys to repair my Transit connect van that I purchased from them. After an initial visit they discovered that a backup module needed to be replaced and since it was s Transit connect van that I purchased from them. After an initial visit they discovered that a backup module needed to be replaced and since it was still under warranty they would oder it and be in touch in 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks came and went with no contact. I called 2-3 times a week leaving messages and no reply after a month I contacted the Ford customer advocate at Ford headquarters. The advocate Theresa tried for 4 months to get in contact with someone and was unsuccessful. What does it say about a dealership when even Ford headquarters can’t get them to respond. I would advise that you save yourself the headache and drive the extra miles to any other dealership than Larry H Miller. They are happy to take your money at the sale but forget about taking care of you when your vehicle needs repairs. This was a 2020 Transit Connect van under warranty. More
