I brought my 2017 Ford Escape into LMF for a problem with my tailgate and met service advisor Caleb for the first time. I was very impressed how he handled my problem. For my 10k routine service and recalls. Was told they were behind and now couldn’t get it in until 11. Then I’m told it will be all day, that turned into we need it for days. All this and they had not even moved my truck to look at it!! Basic response was “sorry” I’ll looo elsewhere for my service needs and suggest others do as well. More

I asked for a call to explain the suggestions and still have not received it. Finally, I asked if I could just retrieve my car and a whole day later, I still have not heard from them on why they suggested all that maintenance. I won't be returning, even for a simple oil change. More
Do not buy from here. My 18 year old son that is on the autism spectrum saved over $11,000 to buy a car that he would be able to drive once he got his license. His drives would be back and forth to work under 5 miles. We purchased a Buick Lacrosse from this dealership with the promise that it had been inspected as "all cars are inspected when they get here." My son paid cash for this vehicle and it sat parked in our garage for over four months until he was able to drive it by himself with his license (was driven maybe 300 miles while he was practicing). There was "something minor" that needed to be fixed before we could pick it up but we picked it up the next day. From the end of July to now (mid September), he has driven it back and forth to his job only. The car broke down yesterday and we found out that there is $7000 in repairs that need done because THE ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE CAR IS RUSTED OUT TO THE POINT THAT THERE ARE HOLES. All of the components are rusted out as if it's been through a Hurricane and not the "just an old woman who didn't drive much" story that we were fed. There is no way that the dealership did not know that and they took advantage of a child and his mother (a female) coming in. I am appalled that they would even stay in business after this and I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau and likely the local news....this is utter nonsense. Do not make the mistake of buying from them. It is a trap. More

I have a bad speaker, and I scheduled an appointment, and brought it in, only to learn that that appointment doesn't mean anything. Anesa told me that they will need my truck for 2 weeks to diagnose the speeker and then another few weeks to a month to probably fix the problem. This is ridiculous. 6 WEEKS TO FIX A SPEEKER. I asked if I could just bring it back for another appointment with the technician to look at it and I was told no, it will have to sit for days to be inspected. I don't think it is right for it to sit there with just a speeker problem and I am out a vehicle. I did my part and bought a brand new truck from you guys, but it has a defective part that you should fix. You guys are not holding up your end of the bargain. I am willing to bring it back as many times as it takes but I shouldn't have to be out of a vehicle for 6 weeks for a bad speaker. More
