READ BEFORE BUYING USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. Bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado with 40k miles for around $40,000 they even suckered me into giving them 1000 cash down on some finance numbers that they change 2018 Chevy Silverado with 40k miles for around $40,000 they even suckered me into giving them 1000 cash down on some finance numbers that they changed the next day and didn’t tell me until I was 99% done signing my contracts.(my term and apr both changed drastically). Traded in a 2015 Chevy Silverado as well, the 2018 had alignment issues which I made apparent to the sales representative so they put in the contract that they would fix the alignment issues. 2 weeks after purchasing the truck (already ruined the set of tires) they finally got me in to “fix” the issue. I sat in the waiting room for the full day Friday for them to tell me they think the issue was a “camber kit” and they would need it for a day for the repair. They call the next day (Saturday morning) for me to come down that they got the part in and that they would have it done by 1pm. Sat in the waiting room from 10am - 3:30pm and at this time I was becoming frustrated because I had things to do on a beautiful Saturday besides sit at ford. 4:00pm rolls around and I finally had enough of the run around these guys here at Larry H. Miller where giving me and told them I wanted my truck back it was 3 hours past what they said it would take. The sales rep at this point told me he had to “go get my truck” that it was at another shop. I asked if I could go with so I could inspect why my truck wasn’t at this location anymore but moved about .5 miles away in a hidden shop. Not only did he deny me a ride down to the shop but when I walked down to it he stopped me aggressively and kept asking me “what I was doing”. After waiting another 30 minutes in front of there hidden shop location they finally brought my truck out and the sales rep assured me they fixed the problem and the alignment was good.Upon further inspection I noticed they removed the problem side upper control arm and replaced it with one off of my old truck I traded in. Funny part is they only did the passenger side and left me with 2 completely different control arms (one aluminum, one stamped steel) and an alignment that pulls so hard to the right that if I let go of my steering wheel for 1 second it will throw me into a curb.My truck is in worst condition then when I brought it back for repair. Now I don’t even trust them to fix my truck the right way. And after paying them a good sized down payment I’m going to have spend just as much puting a new front end on a pretty close to brand new truck that was “blue certified” More

Went to look at a car that was listed. It hadn't been cleaned or had any maintenance done on it since arriving at the dealership. They barely got it to run, let alone get in the parking lot. Brian D. worked hard to get this deal done but management and service don’t seem to have a clue. First time I visited, they couldn’t find the keys to the vehicle to test drive, had to come back another day. and service don’t seem to have a clue. First time I visited, they couldn’t find the keys to the vehicle to test drive, had to come back another day. When I did, vehicle was not ready to sell because of some needed front end repairs. Why wasn’t that done before putting it on the lot? Said it would be ready on a Thursday, still wasn’t ready the following Tuesday. Got it on Wednesday night. All-in-all, the transaction took about three weeks which is ridiculous. When I went in to pay for the vehicle, it took them nearly two hours because they couldn’t figure out how to make an additional key. Very frustrating and made me late for an appointment. However, in the end they came through and Brian D. delivered the vehicle after-hours to our office. That said, I haven’t driven it yet as it went right into service so I pray the front end clunk is truly gone. They told me the first time that it had been, just sayin’. More
