Do not take your car to this service shop. We took our F150 truck in after a light came on. We asked them to take it for a drive to determine the issue since the light would go off and they couldn't get F150 truck in after a light came on. They ended up taking the front end apart and telling us it would cost $5500 to replace the entire cam shaft or we could buy a new engine. The truck has only 75,000 and should not need a new engine. We did not have the work done since it sounded very suspicious. WE got the truck back and it did not have even one additional mile put on the odometer. This dealership blantly lied to us and never took it for a drive. Also, it turned out the problem was a spark plug which cost $12 to fix not $5500. We will never go back. We called them and they wouldn't admit doing anything wrong. More

They also claimed eight others had tried to buy the car that day, but I was the first to quailify for the load. However, by the time I got out of there, it was $46,000. Later on, I cancelled some of the things they added on and went to sell it. They did a bait and switch by showing completely different documentation saying the car was only worth $31,000 and that is all they would give me for it even though dealers like them were selling the car for $37,000 to $39,000. I also found out that they only paid $22,000 for the car to the person who traded it in. Nothing like a con man. Or, in this case many con men. More

I could not have been happier with the truck as it was just as described to me over the phone, and everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with were nothing but friendly and low pressure. We purchased this truck new off the lot. It had a bubble in the chrome on the grill, so the dealer ordered a replacement. One week later we brought it in for replacement. We had three things for them including the grill; remove adhesive from lock cylinder that should have been done by the dealer prep team, and check brakes. They returned the truck with the grill replaced, said the brakes were fine and that all trucks make grinding noises when braking, and they did not remove the adhesive from the lock cylinder, which we noticed when we got home. I went inot this dealer to trade a 04 fx4 supercrew that I bought from them 2 years ago for 45K,I was looking to get into a 07 escape priced at 27K and work a deal. Boy did I get mad when the salesman came back and offerd to take my truck for 17K what an insult! They are keeping the 2K rebate on the other car and what ever else they don't tell you plus try to steal your car or truck,I would never recomend to go there to anyone ever again.P.S. They like to whip out the auction reports to say your car is only worth so much but then put it on the lot next week for 10K more,and we all now were the cars from auction come from things like Katrina and such! More
