Appointment was two months to get then delayed 2 more months. Vehicle was dropped off at 10 am was told it would be ready at 4 pm. No communication until after 5 pm. Then was told they need to keep the V months. Vehicle was dropped off at 10 am was told it would be ready at 4 pm. No communication until after 5 pm. Then was told they need to keep the Vehicle until next day it would be ready at noon. No communication again, showed up at 3 pm and they said they needed 20 more minutes. If you try to call everything is automated and no one picks up their phone. So you cannot talk to anyone to find out what is going on. Texting the number they give you doesn't work either. I wouldn't take a Vehicle here again for service. Their excuse is they are short on techs, but they cannot meet their appointments that they give you. More

Purchased my F250 last Feb and the AC has stopped working brought in for service in June and was told that I needed to schedule another service for the AC separately.
