October 1, 2025 DO NOT GO HERE! !!! My car has been in their shop for eight days so far. I have to call many times daily for updates before I can get in touch with anyone. THEY DO !!! My car has been in their shop for eight days so far. I have to call many times daily for updates before I can get in touch with anyone. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE! All I get is excuse after excuse after excuse. We don't know when it will be done. It takes time. They don’t have a specific timeline or specific problem with my car!!! Avoid this company at all cost, because it will cost you your sanity and they will waste your time!! At this point I don’t know how much this is costing me or when they will have it fixed!! I’m done!!! Time to go get my car!! More

All I get is excuse after excuse after excuse. They will promise you one thing, but will be slow about delivering it. I was promised that it would be done 1. the next day, 2. two days later. 3. Last Friday, 1 week after I brought it in. 4. Saturday. 5. Monday by noon. Then, at the end of the day, I took a day off work. 6. We don't know when it will be done. When I finally got angry for their xx and went down there, I got MORE xx, and they are moving even slower. Today is day 10, and it won't be done today either. Avoid this company at all cost, because it will cost you your sanity and they will waste your time. More
Don't buy any parts from them. They'll take the order, then cancel it without reaching out. The service department is horrible. I took my vehicle in to get the sunroof repaired mainly because there was a leak. After having my car for 5 WEEKS, they got everything replaced but i I took my vehicle in to get the sunroof repaired mainly because there was a leak. After having my car for 5 WEEKS, they got everything replaced but it stopped working again a couple months later and they are now trying to charge the full amount for replacing everything they already did again. If you need to call anyone in the service department forget it, the phone lines will just ring and never send you to a message machine. You’re better off trying to fix things yourself or taking it somewhere else than to deal with the headache of working with them. More

I told them I had to drive the truck to work the next morning, so I made sure to ask that it would be done that day. Got home that evening, no truck, no text or phone call, the whole business is closed. Had to take Uber to work next morning, finally got ahold of the manager and he apologized for the situation. Then it gets worse. When apologizing the manager said they did a courtesy check on my truck and found back break pads were dangerously low and needed replaced soon and he would give me a good discount, I declined and took my truck to Midas to check the breaks. Midas showed me the back pads and they were not even close to needing replaced, in fact better than the front pads. That place is a joke! Don't give your business to them! More
Purchased my lease and was advised all paperwork was submitted to the bank, ended up getting a bill from previous lender. Called dealership six times and kept getting sent to voicemail with no return c submitted to the bank, ended up getting a bill from previous lender. Called dealership six times and kept getting sent to voicemail with no return calls. Ended up talking to sales rep, Jacob and was told that a manager would call me, NO call returned. Left message for sales manager, and general manager, still NO call. I called the bank and was told that the dealership did not submit all paperwork, so I had to submit it. I called and demanded to talk to someone, and ended up speaking with Tori, the Sales Manager who was extremely rude. She made me seem like I was at fault. My overall experience was awful! More
