The Sales Manager failed to disclose the true condition of the vehicle before I purchased it. Because of the integrity and hard work of the salesman, the transaction was made right and without his great of the vehicle before I purchased it. Because of the integrity and hard work of the salesman, the transaction was made right and without his great effort, I would not have been satisfied with this transaction. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer but it is the first used one. If it was not for the efforts of Leo, the salesman, this transaction would have been absolutely unacceptable. As long as this dealer has a sales force with the ethics and dedication of Leo, I encourage folks to do business with them as this salesman truly went the extra mile. William John Hughes More
I was only exepting to be able to purchase a used vehicle due to my poor credit. And anticipated a very high interest rate. I am satisfied with the work on the recall notification and right side sliding door rattle. I was mildly upset with the "extra" work suggested when the first call to me came. That amount compared to $53 that I paid for the two services requested, was difficult to listen to. I DO appreciate being made aware of the conditions found. The service was done quick and efficiently. I was able to drop it off in the morning without worrying about, because I knew that my car would be taken care of and it was. I contacted Tyson about a new Fusion for my wife. I gave him all the info he needed and asked for to see if we could arrange a price and payment that would fit with what we were looking for. I'm not sure what happened but I never heard back from Tyson, even after I left several voicemails and emails I still recieved no response. I can only assume he does not want my business. Even if the my parameters for buying weren't something that Tyson could make work I still expect him to have called me and told me as much. It just makes no sense to me how Tyson can expect to treat a customer this way and ever expect to have a lasting sales career. This experience is what gives car salesman their bad stereotype. As soon as they learn they can't work out a deal they treat you like trash and are semmingly annoyed at the fact we even tried to make a purchase through them. You may not have lost a sale today butyou definately have in the future when our situation is right for buying, and you will also lose the business of any person I talk to about your dealership and your horrbile customer service. I know you probably have several respectable employees that work there and maybe I just got the bad luck with getting Tyson but to me he will forever be the face of your dealership and he is all I will relate with when considering any future vehicle purchases. You need to respect every customer you deal with or that walks through your door. I'm sure you know the formula for a customer who has a bad experience, he tells at least 10-20 about it and when a customer has a good experience he maybe tells just 1. Anyway good luck with your future sales, I hope Tyson can right the ship somewhat for his next customer. More
I receved a great deal a LHM Ford - Sandy. They even took the negative equity in my trade. I am so happy with my F-150. Gary in finance did his work to make sure I got a deal that fit into my budget. The appraisal of my trades were consistent with other dealers I visited. I chose to buy the Ford F-150 due to my past satisfactory experience with the truck and by getting 1.9% financing for 72 months through Ford Credit. It was a deal closer. I feel that they were patient with me because I would not make a decison right on the spot but would have to go home to think about it. I dinged tem for their lck of hospitality in which I asked for a drink and was pointed to the vending machine area. Not very concern about my thirst I guess. The quality of work, friendliness and price was given a 5 due to the great deal I received. Great rate and they rolled the trade negative equity into the loan with no money down. They worked to get me what I wanted. That is why I rated my overall experience a 5. A positive experience at LHM Ford Sandy. More
I brought my ranger in at 7:00 a.m. expecting to wait.
