I have used your Dealership for many years, Rob Zimmerman has done a great job taking care of my needs.The service contract deal, which includes inspection & emmissions is a great deal. When I come up for any repairs Rob always lets me know what the problem is and the price it would take to fix it before he starts so I have no surprise charges. On Friday 10-14-11 the first diagnosis of the vehicle was a bad water pump so it was replaced. I believe that to have been an incorrect diagnosis. The water pump was replaced, the original squeal the Explorer was taken in for was still there after the vehicle ran for a couple minutes. On Monday morning 10-17-11 I took the vehicle was taken back in and the crank pulley was diagnosed (correct diagnosis), Keith worked with me and the pulley was replaced at N/C. Keith was very apologetic and concerned about me as the customer. He could see and feel my frustration. Because of the way the situation was handled I feel it was a win win situation. I will still keep bringing the vehicle back. Keith your service writer is a good team member for you to have on board. More
The service department in the LHM Ford in Sandy is friendly, curtious and clean. The waiting area has coffee, cold soda pop machines and a few desks so customers can bring a laptop and work while they friendly, curtious and clean. I very much like this because I can work on my laptop while my vehicle gets serviced. The work done on my vehicles is aways done right and I like how the mechanics note things that need attention. The only thing that I can say is 'bad' is the oil and grease that is tracked by the shoes and hands of the drivers. My vehicle has a light color interior and I always get the oil sole imprints on my carpets and a few oil/grease marks on my steering wheel. If this can be done better that would make my experience 100% instead of 95%. Thanks. Alex & Nicole Ramos More
