The condition of my vehicle when it was returned me after the service was performed was horrible. And when I addressed the problem all the manager could only say I’m sorry, I’m sorry! I took my car in for a scheduled oil change at 8:00 am. I had an additional question to ask service. My keys were taken and they took my car. 1 1/2 hours later my car hadn’t even been started and they had I had an additional question to ask service. My keys were taken and they took my car. 1 1/2 hours later my car hadn’t even been started and they had lost it. It took 20 minutes to find it. The person who checked me in acted like he had no idea who I was. They then changed my oil, but it still had the old sticker when I got in. I had to ask for a new sticker. What I thought would be quick so I could get to work took 2 1/2 hours. I will not be returning. The one decent thing about my visit was Cliff in service. He was kind and helpful. More
